 “On November 13, I had an appointment to have my carpets assessed and cleaned by Briercroft. I have had a terrible time with my carpets, trying to clean them myself as well as having other companies come out and clean them without success. With the holidays approaching, I was concerned about having guests in the house, as the carpets looked terrible! I was so embarrassed about them that I had purchased throw rugs for the really bad spots, but there weren’t many good places left. The crew showed up at 11:00 a.m. to see what they could do about the situation. They thought they could improve the appearance. Both men educated me about over-soaping areas and how that can cause build-up, causing more dirt to deposit on the carpet. I was totally shocked on the first few feet of carpet cleaned. You could actually see the difference by a distinct line. They worked diligently on every square inch of my carpet and did an incredible job. I couldn’t believe my eyes! My family was shocked and my friends were totally impressed. Thank you for a job very well done!
